This product uses high-quality flat glass as the substrate. Through a high-temperature chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process, a semiconductor-grade transparent conductive film is deposited on the glass surface, providing excellent light transmittance together with stable electrical conductivity. When energized, the coating generates uniform heat, effectively reducing condensation and fogging caused by temperature differentials. It also helps mitigate the impact of infrared (heat) radiation, thereby maintaining clear visibility for product display and supporting overall equipment operating efficiency. The coating features outstanding abrasion resistance and long-term stability, minimizing performance degradation and making it well suited for continuous commercial operation.
By laminating this electrically heated anti-fog glass with standard clear glass according to specification, an insulated glass unit is formed, which serves as an anti-fog glass door. This configuration offers thermal insulation, heat retention, and high clarity for display applications. It is particularly suitable for refrigerated cases, freezers, cake display cabinets, floral preservation cabinets, and enclosure doors for equipment requiring constant temperature and humidity control. Custom fabrication is available across a wide range of sizes and voltage requirements.
