In view of a variety of drawbacks from antistatic plastic panel, Anti-Static Glass has been developed. It possesses several advantages such as, stable surface resistivity (1M~100MΩ/□), high scratch resistance, high transparency, high stability to chemicals and unburnability. Nowadays, it has been widely used in high-tech companies as windows and doors in clean rooms. Anti-Static Glass offers the safety in manufacturing. By the function of static charge elimination, gas explosion and dust explosion could be avoided. Moreover, the damage on electronic components with fine circuits could be prevented and thus a better yield could be obtained.
